Nancy Molloy

Nancy is an Executive Board Member of the New York Staffing Association and a member of the Advisory Board for New York University School of Paralegal Studies. She has authored numerous books and articles on employment issues including, "How to Choose and Use Temporary Services" published by AMACOM Books. Nancy is a frequent guest speaker on employment related issues. Nancy's dedication and devotion to recruitment and to the staffing world at-large is what makes her a legend in the industry.


April Bernstein

April Bernstein, Assistant Vice President, joined Legend Global Search, Inc. on a full-time basis in June 2004, after spending three years with Legend part-time. She quickly proved herself an asset to the Legend team, as well as the legal community. Specializing in permanent and temporary staffing in the legal arena, April's clients include many of New York City's top law firms and Fortune 500 companies. Her resourcefulness and follow-through has earned her recognition in the staffing industry. Providing superior service to both clients and candidates throughout the entire hiring process is what has driven April. Excellence continues to be among her top priorities.

Promoted to Assistant Vice President in January 2006, April continues to prove herself a valuable asset to Legend. April’s management responsibilities at Legend include the formulation and implementation of company policies and procedures, training and professional development of Legend’s staff and insurance and retirement plan administration. She also serves as Legend’s Legend's in-house Ethics and Compliance Officer. This distinction was awarded to April after she attained the recruiting industry's highest designation, CSP, Certified Staffing Professional. As a result, April is our in-house expert on matters including employment law, best business practices and changing regulations that affect those in a hiring capacity. She helps maintain Legend's high ethical standards by conducting semi-annual training for the staff so that each employee is aware of, and commits to the highest standards of integrity and excellence.
